Both Kate and Selina bring distinct professional journeys into their roles. Kate started at Success Tutoring eight years ago as a primary school tutor at the first centre. She progressed through administrative and management roles before stepping into her current position, where she coaches franchise partners to achieve success. Selina began in corporate business management and project leadership before moving into business coaching at Success Tutoring, helping franchise partners optimise operations and grow their centres.

That combination of financial expertise, operational insight, and on-the-ground experience allows them to support centres across strategy, systems, and execution.
