After more than a decade in education and a previous career in law and business, Tom knew there had to be a better way to support students and their whānau. Today, Tom leads a thriving centre that combines small-group, face-to-face teaching with Success Tutoring’s innovative membership model and parent app. His vision is to continue expanding, building stronger connections with local whānau, and empowering students to unlock their full potential.

“Running this business has given me purpose and freedom. I’m not just teaching anymore, I’m building a legacy,” he says.
