Jaimee, who previously worked as a manager at one of Success Tutoring’s corporate-owned centres, brings with her a strong background in the education industry and first-hand understanding of the brand’s values and operations.

The appointment comes at a pivotal time in Success Tutoring’s growth journey. With rapid expansion across Australia, New Zealand, and the USA, the need for a full-time specialist to assist franchise partners in securing high-performing locations has never been greater.

Over the next 12 months, Jaimee will work closely with franchisees to source, shortlist, inspect, and negotiate leases, ensuring that each new Success Tutoring centre opens in a site positioned for success.

Jaimee will be actively seeking AA-grade properties that meet the following criteria:

• Size: Between 50–150m² (or 500–1500 ft²)
• Drop-off Access: Safe and convenient areas for parents
• Affordability: Within a sustainable and reasonable rental range
• Facilities: Access to restrooms
• Visibility: Opportunity for external signage

These site requirements are crucial to ensuring both a strong customer experience and financial viability for every Success Tutoring franchise partner.
