We hire college students on a temporary basis

When you first start (first 3-6 months), HQ will hire staff with you. After you get the hang of it, you will do it. All training for tutors, managers (and franchise partners) is completed online via the SuccessAcademy portal which provides videos, online questions and assessments to tutors so they are qualified to teach. All staff that work at Success Tutoring must have a Working with children check/ Blue Card before joining.

As we offer personalised tutoring in a group environment, we find that a typical Success Tutoring will only need to hire between 5-10 causal staff members.

From experience, we find hiring college students that are studying to become teachers is the best fit for the organisation.

At Success Tutoring we don’t just hire on academic ability, but an ability to communicate information is a clear and concise manner and in different forms. Customer service is also very important to Success Tutoring so having great customer service is a must when working with Success Tutoring.
