I wanted to keep teaching—but on my own terms

For over 10 years, Laurise worked as a dedicated primary school teacher in Western Sydney. She loved watching young students grow in confidence, but over time, she began to feel stretched thin. The long hours, constant admin, and limited flexibility made her question whether there was another way to stay connected to education—without burning out.

Regaining control and rediscovering joy

For Laurise, the transformation has been profound.
