Zambia's school system is built around national examinations set by the Examinations Council of Zambia (ECZ): the Grade 7 composite examination, the Grade 9 junior secondary examination and the Grade 12 School Certificate examination. Grade 12 results determine entry to universities and colleges, and a credit or better in English and Mathematics is a common entry requirement.
Two recent policy changes shape demand. The government introduced free education from early childhood to secondary school in 2022, bringing many more learners into classrooms, and the Zambia Education Curriculum Framework 2023 is moving schools towards a competence-based curriculum. Larger classes and a new curriculum leave many parents in Lusaka, the Copperbelt and provincial centres looking for reliable help with literacy and numeracy after school.

Not at present. Zambia is a country where we are looking for franchise partners and master franchise partners, and no centres have been announced. The first partners would work directly with head office leadership on where and how to open. Let us know your preferred area via available locations.
Kumon is a worksheet-based self-learning method: children work through short daily worksheets and progress level by level. Success Tutoring offers a membership-based K-12 programme where tutors teach English and Maths in modern, retail-style centres. Families choose for different reasons, and our side-by-side guide sets out both models respectfully.
Leasing a unit near a busy Lusaka mall costs more than a site in Kitwe, Ndola or Livingstone, and fit-out depends on the condition of the building. We do not give figures in this section. Franchise costs are listed on the investment schedule, which our team can walk you through.
