Why open a tutoring franchise in Yew Tee?
Our territory map records 7 schools inside the boundary — about 1,498 children per school. Schools are where a centre's word of mouth starts: Success Tutoring partners build relationships with nearby families before the doors open, which is how centres have launched with members from day one.
No Kumon centre or other tracked tutoring brand is recorded inside the Yew Tee territory on our map. An area without an established tutoring brand can be an opportunity to become the local name for after-school English and Maths, although demand still has to be built through launch marketing.
Every Success Tutoring territory is exclusive to one franchise partner. Territories typically cover around 50,000 people and 10,000 students aged 4 to 17, and each one differs in size and character. Yew Tee is listed as territory SG-0065; you can see its boundary and the territories around it on the live territory map.
